New Mascot? Herbert Sprites

These are two Herbert sprites i found going across the Internet. people think this is proof that Herbert will be the next new Mascot. Is this true? We wont know but many penguins think if this is real, he will be coming in November, during Operation Blackout. And yes, that is most likely coming in November too.
