More Snow and Black Figure??

Today I was waddling around the island and felt a bit colder, I later found out the temperature dropped.....again. And as most of us know, when the temperature drops, more snow is to come. So I went to the other rooms to see if more snow had landed.

I did not really notice lots of more snow, but I did find alot at the Cove. As I kept walking around the island, I stopped at the Dojo Courtyard. Here is where it got weird. I started to look around and something caught my eye, it was a black figure on one of the mountains on the left. here is a picture that points out what I saw.

In the red box, you can see a black dot. You may first think this is a edit but its not, go to the Dojo and see for yourself. This is a black figure standing on the mountain behind the Volcano. I have no clue what it is, I have not seen it before. Could this be a sign of Card Jistu Snow or something else that is gonna happen very soon?
